Vevey. It features an outstanding Mid Century Modern style illustrative image in a beautiful vibrant multicolor palette. The Valais region is located in the wide Alpine Rhone Valley, above Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The area is known for its orchards, fine wine industry, and specialty gourmet chesses including regional specialties Raclette and Fondue. Valais has a long tourism tradition, known for its many luxury hotels. The year round destination attracts an international clientele to its stunning landscapes, world renown skiing, and various mountain and cultural activities.The rare out of print framed collector’s Mid Century Modern travel poster measures 20 1/2″ W X 31 1/2″ h X 1″ D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Modern royal blue satin finish metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation. It is in excellent ” liker new ” condition. The poster print is in excellent ” like new ” very clean condition with very light signs of handling.
