The organic abstraction is done on handmade paper in layers of thick textured paint. It is signed and titled along the right center edge “B. Sansing, 1/1 Matthews Brilliance IV”. Becky Sansing is a nationally known artist who uses thick impasto brushstrokes that leave accidental shapes in the paint. This piece is a modern interpretation of the natural world completed with blues, pinks, and greens and enhanced with gold paint. It is professionally framed under glass with a simple white wood frame. There is a coordinating piece being sold separately.
