The hand made vase is perfectly balanced on a small base of 1-1/2” diameter. The small base rises and widens to a girth of 8-1/4” and a total height of 7”.It’s an extraordinary example of California Arts and Crafts in excellent condition. There are no cracks, no chips. There is glaze crackling as to be expected.It’s a fine example, sophisticated in feeling and presence and an outstanding example of California art pottery, balancing squarely on the small base.
