Simple but with some decorative elements that make it special: Fabulous tiger oak (quarter sawn), unusual geometric inlay by the corners of the mirror and on each side panel, oval beveled mirror surrounded by a gold detail, top arch has a stylized floral and leaf carved decoration, and wonderful cut out work makes it look great against a wall.Height is about 32 inch. Length is about Without the side pieces the width is about 30 3/4 inch inches, and depth is about 6 inch. It is an extremely versatile piece of furniture. Although the original intention of this item was by the entrance of the house, it could be used in creative ways: bedroom, large bathroom, etc.Was professionally refinished many decades ago and remains in very good condition. Mirror is in good condition. This is an original piece not a later reproduction. It dates from right around 1910s. less
