The base of these panels are made from wood and painted with high gloss red lacquer which fades all the way to black at the bottom of the panels. On top of the lacquer background there are intricate and elegant scenes of peacocks and quails amongst lush flora. The scenes depicted are made entirely of hand carved natural shell, giving a unique high relief 3D and textured look. There is also hand painted metallic gold detailing stemming from the shell artwork. All of this is encompassed by the black lacquer bordering frame which has ben hand painted with metallic gold and silver geometric detailing. Both panels boast their original brass hardware at the tops for easy hanging on any wall. The panels can be displayed together or separately. Either way they will bring beauty to your walls.
